The fourth annual Drive for Charity event – a promotion presented by Red Shores where 12 of Prince Edward Island’s harness racing drivers raised $14,000 for local charities – came to a close on October 31.

On Tuesday, the drivers in that campaign, along with some other members of the harness racing community, donated $1,500 of their own money to Ocean 100’s Toys for Tots Campaign.

The image below shows (from left to right) harness drivers Ken Murphy, Mark Bradley and Jason Hughes with Ocean 100’s Scott Chapman and Kirk MacKinnon as they drop off toys for the annual campaign.

The other participating drivers were Marc Campbell, Kenny Arsenault, Walter Cheverie, Brian MacPhee, Mike Stevenson, Gary Chappell, Ron Matheson, Corey MacPherson and Gilles Barrieau.
