First over forever, Hawaiianphotograph dug in and scored a narrow victory in Monday’s $22,500 Filly & Mare Preferred Handicap Trot at The Meadows

Hawaiianphotograph was sitting fourth down the backside when Brian Zendt sent her on her uncovered journey after the leader, Kandor Hanover. Hawaiianphotograph wore down her stablemate and held off the late charge of Nickie K to down that rival by a head in 1:56.4 over a “good” surface. Caviar Forthe Lady shot the Lightning Lane for show.
