Dreams Matter journeyed first over to prevail in the top pacing class at Truro Raceway on Sunday afternoon.

Trainer/driver Danny Romo made his move near the half-mile mark in the $1,275 feature and sent Dreams Matter first over from fourth. Down the stretch, they reeled in the popular pacesetter, Schooner, who had opened up five lengths on top by the third quarter pole. Dreams Matter prevailed by one and a half lengths in 1:59 with Sf Razamatazz coming on for second over Schooner.

The Matter Of Money gelding notched his eighth win of his nine-year-old campaign and 35th lifetime for owner and breeder Susan Karrel of Great Village, N.S.

Sterling Seelster was a wire-to-wire winner in 1:57.4 in the sub-feature for driver Ryan Ellis and trainer/owner Jonah Moase.

Romo, Ellis and Darren Crowe each had driving doubles during the afternoon's 11-race card.
