One of the brightest stars from the Ontario Sires Stakes program this year, two-year-old pacing filly Alicorn concluded her season with the 2019 Breeders Crown and Trot Insider was there for the trip.

SC equipped the racebike of driver Louis-Philippe Roy with a 360-degree camera and captured the race in its entirely.

"I had her where I wanted her and I was happy with the fight they were putting up front," driver Louis-Philippe Roy told Trot Insider. "I don’t think we could have asked for a better scenario."

"She had a terrific season making more than half a million, and Chantal [Mitchell] did a great job keeping her happy through the whole summer."

A daughter of Bettors Delight - Mythical, Alicorn concludes her season with a summary of 7-4-0 in 13 starts with $536,907 in earnings for trainer Chantal Mitchell and owners Windermere Stable LLC of New York, N.Y. and Robert  Muscara of Ivyland, Penn. She is likely to get a fair amount of consideration for two-year-old pacing filly of the year at the 2019 O'Brien Awards.

"Alicorn has been an absolute dream this year!" gushed Mitchell. "She raced incredibly tough all season and I couldn’t ask for more.

"In the Breeders Crown Louis gave her the perfect trip and unfortunately allergies kept her from rocketing home the way she had all summer but she still paced a very respectable 1:51 and was within two lengths of some extremely talented fillies. I can’t wait to see what 2020 brings for her!"
