Schooner led Inverness Raceway's top pacers from start to finish in the Sunday afternoon feature race for the second week in a row.
The son of American Ideal was driven by Alex MacQuarrie and the duo went wire-to-wire in 1:58 flat in the $1,000 Winners Over Pace. Jackson County, Bonny Mac and Surrealist completed the short field while Imbadimnationwide was scratched sick.
Schooner has won nine of his 26 races this year and is a 41-time career winner. Anthony Beaton trains and owns the six-year-old pacer.
