Chipoffablueblock won the $25,000 and Maheer Lord N took the $20,000 claiming features, while Buster Mee N got up in the closing strides to win a $12,500 pace in Sunday, January 25 double features at Dover Downs.

Vic Kirby piloted ultra steady Chipoffablueblock to his fourth win in five starts overtaking race favorite Wesmokempeacepipe (driven by Brandon Givens) in a strong stretch move to win the $25,000 Four-and-Five-Year-Old Claiming Allowance pace in 1:53.4. Equinox Hanover (Jon Roberts) finished third. Howard Birney and trainer Archie Peel own the Tulsa Blue Chip-Harmony Oaks lady gelding.

Maheer Lord N, an altered son of Holmes Hanover-Fern Glen, won a $20,000 Delaware Claiming pace with Ross Wolfenden driving the Joe Hundertpfund-owned and trained 10-year-old. Lucky Enough (Roberts) was next in front of Jiffy Popcorn (Corey Callahan) was the show finisher.

In a $12,500 Male pace, Buster Mee N closed with conviction to notch a 1:54 victory with Jim Morand in the bike. The Live Or Die-Three Mothers gelding overtook front pacing Sea Dragon (Brandon Givens) in deep stretch for his second win in his last three outings for Preston Walls and Nanticoke Racing Inc. Intimidator Three (Corey Callahan) came on to beat Sea Dragon for second money.

Also on the card, classy 11-year-old veteran Bagel Beach Boy, a Jennas Beach Boy-Gift gelding, won his sixth in his last eight races, as he notched a 1:56.4 triumph for trainer Walter Callahan and owner Irene Turnage.

Tony Morgan had a driving triple. Jim Morand and George Dennis had two wins apiece.
