Quinte Building Permits Imminent?

According to an article by The Intelligencer, it may be just a matter of days before permits are issued for the construction of the new Quinte Exhibition and Raceway

The story states that City Hall is awaiting signatures from officials at Baymount Incorporated before the building permits, with a construction value of $6 million, are issued.

"They (Baymount Inc.) haven't signed the agreement yet but the site plan, as far as the city is concerned, is finished," Spencer Hutchison, manager of approvals in Belleville's development services department, was quoted as saying.
