Sunday Horse Show To Feature S-Breds

Sunday, July 6 from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 4:00 p.m., a horse show featuring standardbred horses will be taking place at Oxer Stables, located at 6250 Walkers Line.

The location is south of Derry Road, north of Britannia.

Depending on entries, 22 performance classes will be taking place ranging from halter, jumping, flat work, games, driving and saddle seat classes with nine entries in Dressage.

The show is open to any registered standardbred.

The event features free parking, free admission for spectators, a trade show, fantastic caterer, prizes and ribbons to 6th in all classes thanks to wonderful and generous sponsors.

Lunch time festivities will feature a mascot race between Grand River's Grandy the Grey and Standardbred Canada's Willie Win.

Oxer Stables is approximately eight minutes southeast of Mohawk Racetrack.
